Pediatric home health services may be available to eligible children through programs such as:

Medicaid program

DMAS-7 EPSDT

Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) is a Medicaid program designed to provide eligible children with access to medically necessary screening, diagnostic, and treatment services.

Medicaid waiver

CCC Plus Waiver

The Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus) Waiver may provide eligible individuals with access to certain home and community-based services.
